Hey family. Not a lot has been happening with me lately, but later this week I will be moving to a new house once again. Since I left Columbus in December 2004 I have lived in 5 different houses and this will be my 6th. I am tired of moving to say the least, but our new house is in a very nice neighborhood and it is large and updated and closer to work. I cannot remember the address exactly but I will let you all know when I remember.
Also, I seemed to have scrounged up enough money and have good enough friends to cover part of my deposit on the new house to make a nice weekend trip to Denver with the same friends this coming weekend. We will be going to see one of my favorite bands at Red Rocks Amphitheater, which is a large outdoor venue that is naturally carved in the side of the Rocky Mountains. I will be meeting up with some old friends from Kearney who now live in Rapid City and Fort Collins, so I am very excited.
Also, some friends of mine and I are currently making plans, looking for sponsors, and training for a cross country bike ride next summer. The plan is to ride from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine in two months. Tricky Dick at the bike shop in downtown Columbus is helping us out with prices on gear. I will keep you all posted on these plans as they develop. I'm just glad I have friends that are as excited about it as I am, as it's something I always dreamed about doing when I was a little kid.
Anyways, thats all my news for now. I think I'm gonna walk over to the Zesto for a hot dog and a dish of ice cream now. See ya!
