OK so the time & date that Derek reminded us of was neat, much like the others pointed out before-( remember last year, June 6, at 45 seconds past 1:23am? Yep, - 01:23 45 6-7-08)
How easy we forget and perhaps if I go thru the AUGSPOT history, I could probably find where I predicted this recent date of excitement would occur this past week.
Here I go again...
October next year will be quite a party month for the computer geeks of the world...BINARY NUMBERS!!!!!
October tenth should be a real highlight when the clock strikes 10 seconds past 10:10 am.
10:10 10 10/10/10. Armagedon???
Put your binary caps on and figure out what the decimal number is.
(for the one's that don't know, binary is a number system that uses two digits-zero and one. Picture a zero being a switch in the off position and the number one being in the on position. A decimal number that we're all more familiar with can be represented in binary as a series of on & off signals....that's how computers get it done!!! So much for your computer lesson)
Peculiar dates are facinating.
Chris, the first one you knew....
